By booking an appointment with The Skincare Hacker, operated by Lombardi Gelati LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy and authorize Lombardi Gelati LLC d/b/a The Skincare Hacker to charge the payment method on file for any applicable fees. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, modified, or missed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the reserved service value. No-shows will also be charged 100% of the reserved service value. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. By completing your booking, you expressly authorize Lombardi Gelati LLC d/b/a The Skincare Hacker to charge the card on file for the full amount of the scheduled service if this policy is violated. All cancellation and no-show fees are agreed-upon charges and may be processed using the payment method provided at the time of booking.
